Common Questions

What's included in the price?

Everything you need: design, building the site, setting it up on Google, visitor tracking, and showing you how it all works. No hidden fees. All prices are plus VAT.

What about hosting?

We include the first year of hosting in both packages. After year one, hosting is typically £20-50/month depending on your needs.

How long does it take?

Most sites are ready in 2-4 weeks. It depends on how many pages you need and how quickly you can give us feedback along the way.

What if I need changes after launch?

On the Grow plan, you get 2 hours of updates every month for a full year — that covers text changes, new images, and small tweaks. On Launch, we can handle updates on an ad-hoc basis.

Do you offer payment plans?

For both packages, we take 50% upfront to start and 50% on completion.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

We work collaboratively throughout the process, so surprises are rare. But we include revision rounds in every package to ensure you're 100% happy before we build.

Will my site work on mobile?

Absolutely. We design for phones first, then make sure it looks just as good on tablets and desktops. Most of your visitors are probably on their phones already.
