Intellectual Property
Our Content
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by SwiftCase Signal and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Client Work
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom design and development work created specifically for their project, as outlined in the project agreement.
Payment Terms
- A deposit is required before work begins (typically 50%)
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges
Project Process
- Projects require timely feedback and approvals from clients
- Delays caused by client non-response may extend project timelines
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
- Content and assets must be provided by the agreed dates
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCase Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or through our website.
